Angelina Jolie, born June 4, 1975 in Los Angeles to actor Jon Voight and actress Marcheline Bertrand was depressed and resorted to self-harm when young and grew up to be close to her mother, who died of ovarian cancer in 2007, and estranged from her father. She has been married twice and has a long-term relationship with actor Brad Pitt. She has six children, some adopted and some biological with Pitt. Angelina made national news when she underwent a double mastectomy for preventative reasons.
