Canada’s westernmost province, British Columbia shares borders with the Northwest Territories, the Yukon, and Alberta in Canada, and by Alaska, Washington, Montana, and Idaho in the United States. The province includes more than 6,000 islands as well as mountainous fjords, and a coastline of more than 17,000 miles. The largest city is Vancouver, while the capital city is Victoria.
