Jehovah's Witnesses, founded in the late 1870s, believe that the destruction of the current world system during Armageddon is at hand and that they need to establish God's kingdom on earth in order to solve the problems which are faced by humans. They do not believe in the Trinity, hell, or inherent immortality, nor do they celebrate Easter, Christmas, or birthdays, believing all of them to have taken origins which are not compatible with Christianity.
