The digestive system is the part of the body whose function is getting food from the mouth, through the body, distributing nutrition as it goes, and out of the body again. Digestive diseases are also called gastrointestinal diseases. Some of the disorders which are digestive include celiac disease, diverticular disease, and Crohn's Disease. Symptoms of digestive disorders include abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea, and flatulence.
